He is survived by: his wife Helen (Engleman Clingenpeel); his children, Patricia Reese (Clingenpeel) of Adamstown, PA, Steven Grizzell (Bonnie) of York, PA and Donna Wagner (Brian) of Hanover, PA; and his sister Arlene Simpson of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
