He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth V. and Mary L. Roe (Evans); his son Nathan Roe; and his brothers, Kenneth Roe, Gregory Roe, Wesley Jay Roe and Richard Roe.
He is survived by: his significant other Dana L. Roe; his children, Daniel Roe and Victoria Roe; and his siblings, Lou Ellen Lotito, Donna Cross (Michael Cross) and Charles Roe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
