She was predeceased by: her husband Harry E. Starner; and her parents, Bernard J. Smith and Lydia M. Smith (Ernst). She is survived by: her children, James A. Starner of Frederick, MD and Lynn M. Johnson (Steven E.) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Michael E. Darrow of York, Christopher A. Darrow of Hanover and Rebecca L. Sterner (Brandon) of Hanover; and her great grandchildren, Allison, Alana and Evan. She is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
