She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Burget and Frances Frantz Burget; her son Carl Anthony Martinez; her grandson Adam Scott Martinez; and her siblings, Paul Burget, Lois Amos and Karen Reed.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Michael Martinez, Donald Edward Martinez, Norman Lee Martinez, Anna Marie Martinez Drechsler, Cara Mae Martinez Jones, Kathi Lynn Martinez Clauss, Martin Jay Martinez, Mary Mitchell Harrell and James Mitchell. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
