He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Smith and Rita Smith (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte E. Smith (Stonesifer); his children, Tony Smith and Julia Kolcharno (Michael Serniak, Jr); his grandchildren, Brady, Lila and Jake; his brothers, Stephen Smith (Karen) and Gregory Smith (Lisa); and his nephews, Kenny and Matt.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Donald's memory may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 220 Third St., Hanover, PA 17331.
