He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Ann Zeigler Eltz (Heiner); his parents, Burnell F. Eltz and Ruth R. Eltz (Copenhaver); his daughters, Deborah Moyer and Donna Jane Eltz; his stepdaughter Pamela Noel; and his brothers, Jack and Calvin Eltz.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Luckenbaugh of Hanover; his stepsons, Gregory Zeigler (Vicki) of Hanover, Stephen Zeigler (Patricia) of Ocean Pines, MD and Jeffery Zeigler (Karen) of Hanover; and his siblings, Phyllis Fry of New Oxford, Burnell F. Eltz, Jr. of Hanover, Philip Eltz of New Oxford, Michael Eltz of Gettysburg, Thomas Eltz of Hanover and Patrick Eltz of Hanover. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, many loving extended family members and friends.
