He was predeceased by: his parents, Ordean Winand and Catherine Winand (Roustan); and his sister Jane Ott. He is survived by: his wife Diane M. Winand (Storm); his children, Denise McDonald (Frank) of Lincolnton, NC and Troy L. Diehl (Lynn) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Justin L. Diehl of Hanover, Christina A. Gordon (Javon) of New Oxford and Terra M. Diehl (Terrance Hayes) of Wheat Ridge, CO; and his great grandchildren, Jace, Jhett, Jaxson, Zamyah, Saige and Sierra. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family.
