She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean C. Zartman, Sr. and Marie Rosalie Brady Zartman; her husband Donald L. Adams; her daughter Freida Adams; her siblings, Phyllis Zartman and Dean Zartman, Jr.; her grandson Chad Livelsberger; and her nephew Dean Zartman, III.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Livelsberger (Michael) of Hanover, Donna Hoke (Joseph) of Hanover, Anna Moore of Hanover, Brad Adams (Amy) of East Berlin, Ellen Wentz (Leroy) of Purlear, NC, Geri Rafferty (John) of Woodlands, TX, Bart "Matt" Adams (Tony) of York and Ben Adams (Rosie) of Ocala, FL; and her siblings, James Zartman (Sara) of Hanover, Samuel Zartman of Hanover and Janice Baugher (Reginald) of Glenville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
