He is survived by: his wife Pat (Richards); his children, Mike Rafferty (Brenda) of Swanton, MD, Steve Rafferty (Monica) of Lewes, DE and Kathy Kelly (Mike) of Lewes, DE; his grandchildren, Jessica Bush (Morgan), Ryan Kelly, Nick Kelly (Mickaela), Morgan Spink (Justin), Tyler Rafferty, Mckenzy Welch (Jeremy) and Megan Kelly; and his great grandchildren, Dawson, Tripp and Riley.
