He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Storm and Jenny Storm (Kress); and his siblings, Joseph, Donald Storm and Barbie Storm.

He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lee (Sprenkle); his children, David L. Storm (Kimberly) of Hanover, PA and Mandi L. Hamm (Bob) of New Oxford, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley DeJesus (Leo), Mackenzie Storm and Lily Hamm; and his great grandchild Brynlee DeJesus. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great- granddaughter.
