He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Smeak and Ida V. Smeak (Kemper); and his sister LaCatherine W. Herman. He is survived by: his wife Doris (Garman); his children, Dolan C. Smeak (Catherine) of Frederick, MD, Brian C. Smeak (Teresa) of Odessa, FL and Holly M. Sorice (Tony) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Corrine C. Ybarra, Joseph A. Sorice, Tara E. Smeak, Jennifer M. Shupe and Janis R. Sorice; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Lucas, Brayden, Sloan and Banks.
In lieu of flowers, contributions be made in memory of Cletus to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 127 York Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
