He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Ann Harris Spence of Finksburg; his daughter Hannah Christine Wren (Seth) of Spring Grove, PA; his granddaughter Wynona Wren; his brother Richard Hamilton Spence, Jr. of Glenville, PA; and his aunts and uncles, Cynthia (Keith Livesay), Bob (Sherlia Harris), Colette Harris, Cheryl (Johnny Fox), Candace (John Wimmer) and Rodney (Jane Harris).
