She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Kling and Lottie K. Kling (Miller); her husband Paul M. Starner; and her siblings, Ralph Kling, Frank Kling, Paul Kling, Edna Rohrbaugh, Alice Erb, Esther Crowl and Mary Luckenbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, James M. Starner (Phyllis) of Hanover, PA, Jeffrey P. Starner (Jeanette) of Dover, PA and Jeanette L. Burgard (Jeffrey) of McSherrystown, PA; and her grandchildren, Angela Duttera (Jeffrey), Kevin Starner (Leann) and Dr. Heather Hostler (Bernard). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
