He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemens Mueller and Rose Mueller (Punte); and his brothers, Anthony, Joseph and Clemens Mueller.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Franklin); his children, Patricia Wheeler, Cynthia Petti, Charles Mueller, Jr. and Joseph Mueller; and his sister Loraine King. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
