Skipper of Hanover; her grandson Donavyn Ramos; her stepchildren, Judi Welsh of Upperco, MD, Kathy Smith of Baltimore, MD and Tommie Evry of Baltimore, MD; and her brother Robert Lookingbill of Holland, MI..
