She was predeceased by: her husband William Henry Sipling; her parents, Clinton H. Bankert and Pauline E. Bankert (Warner); and her sisters, Beatrice Dehoff and Shirley Storm.
She is survived by: her children, L. Allen Garlick (Tina Nickle), Wendy Lehman (Charles), Jason Garlick, Dee Grimes, Colin Sipling (Ana) and Carla Hardy (Steven Jr.); her grandchildren, Ian Whitcomb, Zachary Garlick, Belinda, William Sipling, Timothy, Benjamin Fleischman, Justin Litvin, Abigail Hardy and Steven Hardy, III; her siblings, James D. "Jim" Bankert, Nancy P. Jessee (James) and Clinton C. "Bud" Bankert (Dawn); and her aunt Betty Flickinger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
