In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Carlton leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Carlton may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Stambaugh and Leah Stambaugh (Lucabaugh); his grandchildren, Joel D. Eyler and Lydia M. Eyler; and his brother Joseph Stambaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Herr); his children, Gwenyth L. Eyler (Jeffrey) of Hanover, PA, Rachel L. Miller (Troy) of York, PA and Derek C. Stambaugh (Michele) of Columbia, PA; and his sister Connie H. Sweitzer of Glen Rock, PA.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calvary Bible Church (603 Wilson Ave, Hanover, PA 17331). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
