In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Cande Lee leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Cande Lee may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis D. Miller and Bonnie E. Miller-Dell (Smith). She is survived by: her husband J. Louis Fulco; her son Josh Fulco of Hanover; her grandson Jace Fulco; and her siblings, William Dell and Kay Overbaugh.
