With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty V. Busler of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Middletown, Maryland, who passed away on January 23, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy C. Adkins and Naomi Sines Adkins; her former husband Lloyd E. Topper; her husband Dr. Verne M. Busler, Jr.; and her granddaughter Kelsey Birgensmith.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Toth (Bill) of East Berlin, Kimberly Birgensmith of Hanover, Dennis Topper (Irma) of Richmond, VA and Troy Topper (Dawn) of Alexandria, VA; her grandchildren, Jared Topper, Dylan, Payton Caler, Tyler, Katlyn, Kiley and Teryn Birgensmith; her great grandchild Miranda Topper; and her stepsons, Michael Busler (Angela) of Inverness, FL, David V. Busler (Deborah) of York and Steven J. Busler of York.
