She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin R. Collins and Phoebe J. Collins (Bull); her husband Kenneth P. Ruhlman (Ken); and her siblings, Francis Collins, Emma Lapham, Ralph Collins and Marie Myers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Ruhlman Storm (John) of Hanover and Kendra Ruhlman Kauffman (Jeffrey) of Spring Grove; her grandsons, Christopher Storm of Lancaster and Matthew Storm (Rebecca) of Pottstown; and her caregiver Betty.
The family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Organ Fund at Grace United Church of Christ, 100 Fourth Street, Hanover PA.
