She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Rock and Ann Rock; her husband Clarence Garrett; her children, Darlene Thomas of Taneytown, MD and Mark Garrett (Ann) of Dover, DE; her grandchildren, Christine Tupino and Dustin Garrett; and her great grandchildren, Adriana Tupino and Carter Garrett. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
