It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benjamin K. Shaffer of Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Steven L Shaffer. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Garrett Shaffer of Hanover; his stepfather Rod Bixler; his daughters, Maddy Mummert-Shaffer, Maci Shaffer and Peyton Shaffer; his sister Amber Dubs (Doug); his stepsiblings, Holly Maisano and Adam Bixler (Angie); and his former wife Jackie Shaffer. He is also survived by seven nieces and three nephews.
