He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Schuchart Kress; his parents, Roy Jules and Florence Mae Crist Kress; and his siblings, Ralph, Roy Kress, Charlotte Baumgardner and Gladys Bubb.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Spioch (Philip) of Westminster, MD, Steven Kress (Christine) of Spring Grove, Wanda Klunk (Thomas) of Hanover and Diane Egbert (Paul) of Westminster, MD; his grandchildren, Nicholas Spioch, Alyssa Reed, Lindsey Kress, Eric and Daniel Spioch; and his great grandchildren, Teagan Goetz, Delaney Spioch, Charlotte Brodbeck, Talon Spioch, Palmer Brodbeck, Maverick Reed and Phoenix Spioch.
