She was predeceased by: her husband Charles I. Keiter. She is survived by: her children, Judy Klunk (Jeffrey) of Lancaster, PA, Allen Keiter of Glenview, IL and Dean Keiter of Hanover, PA.; her grandchildren, Blair Keiter and Justin Klunk of Marietta, PA.; and her sister Verna Dotterer of Mill Hall, PA.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
