He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Agnes Kahlbaugh (Feeser). He is survived by: his parents, Robert Kahlbaugh and Kathleen Hartlaub (Smith); his son Nathan Kahlbaugh (Elise) of York, PA; his grandson Keegan Kahlbaugh; his siblings, Jeff Kahlbaugh (Karin) and Kim Bethas (Steve); and his stepsiblings, Doug Hartlaub (Susan) and Sandy Smay (Brian).
In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made in Tony's name to the American Heart Assocation.
