She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel E. Witter; her parents, James H. Baughman, and Treva M. Baughman, Sr. (Shaffer); and her siblings, Charles H. Baughman, Clarence E. Baughman, James H. Baughman, Jr. and Catherine E. Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Donna M. Mummert (Dwight) of New Oxford, Edwin S. Witter of Gardners, Yvonne J. Lauchman (George) of York, Doris E. Carpenter of Sapulpa, OK, Daniel E. Witter (Karen) of York Springs and James E. Witter, Sr. (Janet) of East Berlin. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 27 great grandchildren.
