She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Rutter; and her parents, Dr. Ervine A. Weigle and Eleanor J. Hummel Weigle. She is survived by: her stepfather Robert P. Woodring; her pet Law; her daughter Rachel Rutter; her brother-in-law Mike Rutter (Karen Hartman Rutter); and her nieces, Licia Rutter Landstrom and Kristin Rutter Daddario.
