He is survived by: his children, Donna Sedlak and John Thomas Sedlak; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Andrejko, Stephen Williamson and Brittany Frame; and his sister Joanne M. James of Temple, PA.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
