With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas J. Shutt of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas J. Shutt to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L., Sr. and Beatrice Shutt (Geesaman); and his siblings, Carl Shutt, Jr., Larry Shutt and Darlene Shuey.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce T. (Debra Shutt), Brian T. (Cindy Shutt), Bradley T. (Barbara Shutt) and Brenda L. (Timothy Shatto); his sister Verna Rollman; his great grandchildren, Branden, Katie (Twaddell), Kayle, Ashley (Bucher), Katelyn (Shutt), Carl Witmer (Cayden), Jessica (Shutt), Shields (Ryleigh Allison), Jeremy Shutt, Makayla Shutt, Meghan (Shatto), Andy Gooch (Alina) and Timmy Shatto; and his pet Ethel.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith United Church of Christ (117 N Faith Rd, Grantville, PA 17028). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
