He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Kipp and Esther Kipp (Canfield); and his siblings, Robert Kipp, Donald Kipp, Lorraine Nonnemaker and Doris Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Kipp (Griffith); and his children, Richard A. (Lynne Leibold) of Northampton, Jeffrey A. Kipp of Texas, Joyce A. Younes of Hanover Township and Christine A. (Warren Walker) of Danielsville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
