He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Evans and Antoinette M. DeFalco Evans. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Heck Evans; his daughters, Heather Roche (Jeffrey), Dupont and Hollie Evans (Adam Mihalchik); his granddaughter Olivia Mihalchik; his sisters, Peggy Maciun (Thomas), Ashley, Kimberly Grundowski and Dallas; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle Reilly (Michael), Megan Balara (Brian), Melissa Liebner (Josh), Paul Grundowski (Vanessa) and Scott Grundowski (Bailey).
