He is survived by: his parent Anna Malloy Devine; his child Margaret Ann Devine Jayne (Brian) of Hunlock Creek; his grandson Michael Devine of Euless, Texas; and his brother John Devine of Pittston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
