She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kazimer and Jeanette Kazimer (Swatski). She is survived by: her husband Thomas B. Lewis, Jr.; her daughters, Kathleen Klein, Christine Keen (Greg) of Visalia, CA and Patricia Lapallo (David); her grandchildren, Kaleigh, Collin Klein, Alexandra, Andrew Keen, David Lapallo Jr. and Luisa Lewis; her sister Julie Kazimer; and her close friend Judith Shutt.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to the Luzerne County SPCA or to Camp del Corazon, a camp on Catalina Island for children born with congenital heart defects.
