Norma C. Oakes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 2, 2023, at the age of 90, Norma C. Oakes (Hanover Township, Pennsylvania), born in New Kensington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Paustenbach and Miriam Paustenbach (Dickey); and her husband Col. Norman L. Oakes. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl L. Weiser (Michael) of Yuma, AZ and Wendy S. Oakes of State College, PA; her sister Judy Paustenbach; her grandchildren, Sarah Weiser and Preston Weiser (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Alexa, Brielle and Lilliana.
