She was predeceased by: her parent Wasil Cirko; her husband Martin Hozlock; and her sister Irene. She is survived by: her parent Ella Hallick Cirko; her son Mark Hozlock; and her granddaughter Kimberly Hozlock of New York. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
