It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Ruth Anderson of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Husk and Nannie Tharp Husk; her husband Glen B. Anderson; her siblings, Hilda Stoneking, Madolyn Kuhn and Rodney Husk; and her grandson-in-law Delmar Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Virtue (Jack), Gerald Anderson (Cindy), Gordon Anderson (Betsy) and Gloria Kimball (Delbert); her grandchildren, Marcie Dean, Ashley Virtue, Michelle Wertelet, Michael Anderson, Levi Anderson, William Martin, Melissa Martin-Ryan, Amanda Woodland and Kara Gabriel; and her sister-in-law Connie Husk. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services (380 Penco Rd, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
