She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald E. "Jerry" Kastreva. She is survived by: her grandson John George; her children, Gerald E. "Jerry" Kastreva Jr. (Michele Legate) of Scranton and Miss Laura C. Kastreva; her grandson John George Kastreva of Hanover Township; and her sister Gloria McGlynn of Plains Township. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
