He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy M., Sr. and Dora Hetrick (Eisenhour); and his brothers, Larry Hetrick and Ralph Hetrick. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Hetrick (Thomas); his children, Troy Hetrick (Andrea) of Halifax and Janelle Lynch (Steve); his sisters, Irene Witman, Doris Ierley, Lavina Uplinger, Pat Wolfe, Marion Huntzberger and Donna Heisey; and his grandchildren, Skylar, Hailley, Chloe, Chase and Corleona.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VVA Chapter #542, 8000 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
