With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kelly J. Quigley of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 10, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Quigley and Dorothy J. Quigley (Miller); and his brother Lynn Quigley. He is survived by: his wife Shelva J. Quigley (Herbster); his children, Ervin Miller, Randy Miller, Gary Miller, Melvin Miller, Jr. and Christina Quigley-Heater; and his stepbrother Greg. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and two great grandsons.
