He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Centak Sr. and Cecelia Bondoch Centak; his brother John Centak; and his brother-in-law Daniel Masakowski. He is survived by: his wife Judith O'Boyle Centak; his children, Scott Centak (Aubrey) and Kelly Frail (Robert); his granddaughter Riley Frail; his daughter Holly Eichhorn (David); his siblings, David Centak (Mary) and Yvonne Masakowski; and his sisters-in-law, Colleen Zupancic and Rose Centak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe's memory to St. Robert Bellarmine Parish at St. Aloysius Church, 143 Division Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
