He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon F. Panowicz and Victoria Moch Panowicz; his daughter-in-law Judy Panaway; and his brothers, Stanley, Raymond, Thomas and Bernard.
He is survived by: his son Michael; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Joseph A. and Susan A. Williams (Sean); and his siblings, Leona Svab (Robert), Bernadine Yencha, Delphine Wejkszner, Alice Mae Morgan (Harry) and Attorney Robert Panowicz (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
