He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl J. Youtz and Elizabeth C. Youtz (Foutz). He is survived by: his wife Susan H. Youtz (Usztics); his children, Chelsea S. Haken (Josiah) of New Jersey and Cameron J. Youtz (Jessica) of Florida; his grandchildren, Eden R. D. Haken and Ahron J. Haken; and his siblings, William Youtz (Sherry) and Marsha Sheibley. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
