He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen R. Johnson, Sr. and Carrie Johnson (Rheam); his wife Judy A. Johnson (Shupp); his siblings, Barbara Blizzard and Donald Johnson; and his nephew John.
He is survived by: his sons, James E. Johnson (Dawn) of Harrisburg and John L. Johnson of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Kaylin and Jaden; his siblings, Galen R. Johnson, Jr. of Carlisle and Judy Varner; and his half-sister Connie Acri of Harrisburg.
