He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Ultsh and Gertrude Davis; his wife Joyce Ultsh (Purvis); his daughter Donna Gilroy Ultsh; and his sister Jean Jones.
He is survived by: his children, George Ultsh (Jo Ann), Richard Ultsh (Kim) and Newport Twp; his grandchildren, Andrew, Heather, Brian, Ricky, Jeffery Ultsh and Kyle Gilroy; his great grandchildren, Logan, Robert, Christopher, Skye and Hudson; his great great grandchild Gabriel; and his close friend Joanie Garnett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
