Proctor; his children, Christopher Moughan (Nicole), Jennifer Moughan Murphy (Pat), Jamison Proctor (Jennifer) and Kevin Proctor (Heather); and his sisters, Ann Marie Healey (William) and Mary. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
