She is survived by: her parent Catherine Kulekoski Salerno; her former husbands, John Slavitsko and Darryl Casterline; her children, John Jr., David Slavitsko and Darla Salerno of Pittston; her siblings, Michael Salerno (Liz) and Ann Marie Crich; and also, White Haven and Plains. She is also survived by one niece, nephews, one great nephew and great nieces.
