It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Mera of Hanover Township, Pennsylvania, born in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mera and Agnes Waltos Mera; his wife Jeannette; and his brothers, John, Thomas, Steven, Stanley and Walter Mera.
He is survived by: his godchildren, Robert (Tanya Vishneski) of Pittsburgh, PA and Dr. Maria Mera. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eddie's memory to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
