He is survived by: his wife Mary Thomas (Hurst); his children, Douglas Thomas, Palm Beach Garden and Brenda Chepolis (Joshua); his grandchildren, Jordyn, Avery, Kyra Chepolis, Olivia, Emma, Nate and Luke Thomas; and his sisters, Carol Fisher (Joseph) of Wilkes-Barre and Aida Mae Lecitshon of Wilkes-Barre. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
