She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Swinski and Martha Vedor Swinski. She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Karen Ciavarella, Gail Holby (Frank) and Frank J. Ciavarella Jr.; her grandchildren, Alicia Bleich, Eric Bleich (Nicole), Breanne, Korey Holby and Marina Ciavarella; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Collin, Bradey, Kylah, Cayson, Braxton and Kaylin; and her sisters, Connie Klug and Audrey Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Those attending the visitation and service are required to wear a mask and abide by social distancing requirements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to St. Robert Bellarmine Parish at St. Aloysius Church, 143 Division Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702.
