He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sincavage and Caroline Sincavage (Wanyo); and his sister Leslie Anne Sincavage. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jeanne Wren; his daughters, Tanya L. Pershalski (Butch) and Koren Sutliff; his grandchildren, Brooke, Shawn, Jadyn, Benjamin and Ellie; and his sister Charlynn Moran. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, a great nieces and his dogs.
